Her accomplishments include the development of major real estate project management, asset management and brokerage transaction for Clients across Canada and USA. Ray D’Onofrio RPA, FMA Managing Partner Ray D’Onofrio provides operational management, project team leadership and technical direction for real estate engagement. Ray’s business acumen and expertise play a significant role in development and implementing best-in-class project and facility-related services and products including architectural design, facilities management, project management, transaction management services and lease administration. In the past several years, Ray oversaw all operations and leasing for over 100 properties valued at 1 billion, for major corporations. With more than 20 years of corporate real estate and facilities management experience, Ray is a highly respected leader and advisor within the real estate industry. Lise Champs Vigeant FLMI, ACS, AIAA Administration Manager Lise leads all the contractual and administrative matters for eManagePro. She has over 25 years of experience in general office and accounting administration, customer services as well as project coordination. The team and the customers will benefit from Lise’s special attention to details along with her professional interrelation with customers. Catherine Chiffert Associate Catherine’s experience is in the area of project management working for major Clients in Boston, Massachusetts. She is a recent graduate of Engineering from Northeastern University and a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts and New York State. Catherine is in charge of eManagePro’s Boston office.
